Ban word restrictions

Lower or remove the banned word restrictions, there's really no reason that they should be there in the first place. I just want to have fun in a group chat with the bot

They're there because I will not dedicate my server time to hate speech. If you so desperately want to use slurs, download and host your own copy of the bot; the banned words are a config option.
