It would be good to add some instructions and/or convenience methods for testing individual components of model wrappers. When users are writing a model wrapper, it would be helpful for them to be able to more easily check specific components of their wrappers (e.g. launching model runs, making sure input/outputs for boa are being written correctly, etc).
One idea would be to add some CLI tools for running just specific parts of the pipeline
