[Prices] Investigate possibilities of separation price changelog into different mview configurations

In the current implementation, all necessary index data is collected into one changelog table. Investigate possibilities to separate data collection into different changelog tables depending on the price entity type (product base / special price, tier prices, custom options / downloadable links, complex products, gift cards)
