Graceful shutdown when Phirehose fails

Inevitably the Phirehose occasionally fails. However, when this happens, the entire program crashes and, in particular, the lockfile is not deleted, resulting in problems when the bot is restarted. At the very least, the lockfile needs to be deleted if the aggregator crashes.
