drop downs 'Connection' or 'Board Type' not usable because the list is hidden

Description

We cannot select a option in the drop downs 'Connection' nor 'Board Type' because the list is hidden behind the boarders of the pane.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on Settings
2. Open pane 'New board defaults'
3. Click on any pull down in this aerea

Expected behaviour

The list from the pull down is in the front above the pane 'New board defaults'

Actual behaviour

No list element could be selected because the list is in the backgriound and hidden by teh pane.
