Information about how the device functions

The device mostly works with rgbcw_lightbulbv2, but missing the option to use the effect_list and scenes from the HA light UI.

Ok! Any idea why the effects are not selectable in the HA UI?
The LocalTuya integration worked well in this regard. But the integration in itself broke for me recently. That is why I moved to yours.

After looking at the rgbcw_lightbulbv2 config, I see this is not just a complaint about the HA light UI. As the config is an older config, it does not implement write access to the scene options at all.
