Mks Monster 8 + TMC2160 ( loosing steps)

Hi, I'm building a new machine and I having a little bit of a problem with the Monster 8 + TMC2160 drivers.
I'm using lastes Marlin version 2.1.2.1.
I got a TM2160 in the Y axis, but the machine looses steps only when the layer change, during the printing operation all works great, buit when the layer change the layer shifts in the Y axis a little bit, no matter if the piece is big or small.

Any ideas??
