Timezone api changed to nonfree, making server useless.

Server doesn't work anymore due to licensing changes on the timezone api.
a replacement is probably possible with https://www.npmjs.com/package/satelize

Thank you for letting me know. Reading the blog post over at https://timezoneapi.io/announcement-oct-14-2018 shows that I might be a big part of the reason they're shutting down free plans. In the last month, my web server has received over 700,000 requests......

I'm gonna have a look at satelize but looking at the page where it comes from at http://www.telize.com, it says that the service was shut down in 2015.

Okay. The server has been updated to use https://www.iplocation.net, tz-lookup and moment-timezone. I'm afraid that iplocation.net is going to scream at me for sending thousands of requests, but for now... it works...

I won't close the issue because this is very likely not a permanent fix. Thanks for telling me! I appreciate it <3
