Clock shows wrong time as of vrchat's Unity 2017.4.15f1 update #3

The clock seems to show the wrong time now since the unity version update to 2017.4.15f1. Applies to worlds that were still on the older version of unity and worlds have been reuploaded with the new version of unity.
