Phoenix 1.8 Views or lack there of...

Phoenix redid how views work in 1.8. would y'all be open to a PR that provided an update to the controllers generator? happy to take your feedback on how it could be done via flag or whatever. would love your feedback before I begin on it. I've had to rework the views twice now working on a project and a talk using 1.8 so I have some experience here, but happy to follow you're direction.

You can have a look at boruta.gen.controllers task (https://github.com/malach-it/boruta_auth/blob/master/lib/mix/tasks/boruta.gen.controllers.ex#L82), noting that templates generation is tested here - https://github.com/malach-it/boruta_auth/blob/master/test/mix/tasks/boruta.gen.controllers_test.exs#L25
