I deployed openstack on two node (compute and controoller) followed your instructions.  
the instance can be spawned successfully according to the status in the dashboard, but when I click the "VNC Console" link, I get the the error of "Failed to connect to server".  do you have any idea what's the problem here? thanks for your help
