[Feature request] Add an option to disable borders when using monocle

Add a configuration option (e.g., monocle_no_border) to remove window borders when using the monocle layout.

When using monocle with gaps set to 0, borders take up unnecessary screen space and serve no purpose since there's no other window to separate it from. Having an option to disable them would make this layout much cleaner.

Wouldn't this make it impossible to distinguish between fullscreen mode and monocle mode? These two modes have different behavior and hotkeys, and should be visually distinct.

Well if you don't have a statusbar then sure fullscreen and monocle will look the same but you can make the same argument for no_border_when_single.
