scroller_proportion_single does not work

Hello,
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but it seems scroller_proportion_single doesn't work for me.

My scroller_default_proportion_single value is set to 0.8, but I set Brave to have proportion 1.0 when it launches.
Here's how it looks like:

I've troubleshooted with mmsg -gc:

eDP-1 title New tab - Brave
eDP-1 appid brave-browser

Mango version: 0.12.8
Distro: Arch (installed through mangowm AUR package)

It looks like it might be because you are using '=' to set the window rule:

Try this instead:
windowrule=scroller_proportion_single:1.0,tags:2,appid:brave-browser

also unrelated you have scroller_default_proportion_single defined twice at line 74 and 79, that's probably not affecting anything but it might cause confusion in the future.
