Mie code should be vectorized

Need to make sure Mie code can handle arrays of size parameters, refractive index ratios, and (for calc_ang_funcs), angles. This will greatly speed up calculations.

An alternative is to use numba, and either use the @jit to speed up loops or in the appropriate functions or @vectorize to convert functions to ufuncs.
