As part of maximizing the informaitno density on screen following changes to be made on scrolling buffers
- General UI: Indicate Thinking.. then dimm and gradient the top part of buffer
- The last thinking buffer should be kepth in shown state, till a new thinking buffer starts to print, persisting throught the tool calls
