Newly installed unit fails to show time or BT voltage

Hi
I purchased the board via G7UFO's shop and I've installed as per the guide. Charging is working (the LED flashes slowly when power is connected). However, BT shows 0.0V and time is not stored. Neither can time be set.

I have set KXIBC2 to nor and KXIO2 to not inst.
I have reset the KXIB2 using a paperclip but it makes no difference.

Hi Gareth,

That sounds like a connection problem between pin header J1 (the one closest to the USB-C connector) on the KXUSBC2, and the KX2 RF PCB. Can you confirm that all three pins are properly seated?
