UI improvements

• Footer card: A blue? @Ecusma
• Alternates: Make this different
• Remove Binance links from terms that are not binance links
• Move sample submission to README
• Add link to footer, so that it says "if you don't know how to do this, see the README instructions here" etc

Ok, update as of now:

Footer card: A blue?

-> ✅ in #48 , although need to make the term source for Definition #1 consistent
Remove Binance links from terms that are not binance links

Move sample submission to README
-> ✅ done, in #39
