The empty string can be registered as a keyword, but not removed in the portal

Somehow I managed to register the empty string as keyword. But the UI will not allow me to delete it. (Nothing happens when I press X).

The MRN is

I don't think the empty string should be a valid keyword

I have created an identical issue referring to this one for the portal here https://github.com/maritimeconnectivity/ManagementPortal/issues/130 as I think it is relevant both places
