Terms

For Anthropic Reviewers

These terms are specific to the Markifact MCP plugin and supplement Markifact's main Terms of Service.

The plugin connects to Markifact's production MCP server at https://api.markifact.com/mcp, operated by Markifact. User credentials and ad account data are processed under the controls described in our Trust Center.

Use of the Markifact MCP server is governed by the Markifact terms of service:

The plugin code in this repository is licensed under MIT.

Financial responsibility for ad spend

Campaigns, budget changes, and ad operations created through Markifact MCP are real changes to your live ad accounts on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other connected platforms.

  • You are solely responsible for all advertising costs incurred through operations executed via this plugin.
  • All billing is handled directly by the underlying ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), not by Markifact.
  • Markifact is not liable for unexpected costs, budget overruns, or unauthorized charges resulting from operations you approve.
  • The plugin's human-in-the-loop approval flow is designed to give you final say before any write executes. Review every approval prompt carefully.
