Can you explain what you are hoping to do? The callback passed as last arg to perfmon() will be called repeatedly as metrics update. Alternatively, perfmon() returns a readable stream interface. https://github.com/markitondemand/node-perfmon#usage

There is no support to change the interval at which metrics are updated. It's currently once per second.

@pedroconte My fork of this project, https://github.com/davehibshman/node-perfmon-dh, adds the option to set the interval different than the default of 1 second, if that is what you are looking for.
