OneDrive integration for backup/restore

Provide an option to backup and restore the code fragments to and from OneDrive (and possibly other providers, like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)?

Backup/restore via Github Gists would be neat. The (very awesome) code-settings-sync plugin uses this method. The code of that plugin provides a clean example.
