Update command?

It might be nice to have an update command to update anyzig itself? We'd use the new "any" subcommand prefix which is used to hook into anyzig specific "extensions", so the command would probably be something like "zig any update"

I think self-updating static binaries rock!

Self-updating is pretty straightforward on Unix since you can just exit and rename over the old binary. I think Windows requires a dedicated helper process due to how processes are locked. There are a few designs that we could choose from like an updater binary, power shell script, or maybe even spawning a powershell process directly from anyzig which could listen for the PID to die and finish up the install.

I could finish out the feature for Unix and we could leave Windows unsupported for now too.
