Incorrect ZLS download URL for aarch64-macos

Heya! May be doing something wrong, new user as of today. I built and installed from source.

Tested with 70506fc and #64.

The URL should be aarch64-macos, not macos-aarch64: https://builds.zigtools.org/zls-aarch64-macos-0.15.0.tar.xz

I'm getting this when I try on windows too

it is trying to use the latest Zig version to look for the ZLS which isn't right. ZLS is on 0.15.0 from what I can see. I can look into this today.

Update:
The download only fails in certain conditions, the two I can see are:

1. fails to download when the Zig version number doesn't correspond to the version number of a ZLS release
2. fails to download 0.15.0 altogether because they reversed the way OS/ARCH are in their binary name

zigtools has a tool to match zig version numbers to their latest release:

We need to add a step to curl this for the compatible ZLS version. Part of me wants to find a match in the curl results and grab the download link that way rather than playing around with os/arch matching but that's probably overengineered. The easiest way would just be to try OS-ARCH then fallback to try ARCH-OS if that is 404.
