emoticons on GH - minor bug

I don't think I understand the issue?

It has terrible UX, but AFAIR that's "intentional". I personally use Windows' own emoji picker.

In my case it doesn't enter the emoticon from this list into the comment and I see that even this list of emotes is displayed in a different place. There is no error in the console. Really weird.

I wanted to choose "Feature preview" because maybe they broke something again, and it turned out that they broke the option to choose in "Feature preview" - blank page

entering e.g. @ : causes, there are also other errors when editing, e.g. when they contain a link Contact support (I had to remove the link)
