Polyfill for toReversed

Would it be possible to add a polyfill for toReversed?

It is a year old now and unfortunately has been creeping up in places, including GitHub (Pull request -> Commits tab).

SubmitEvent seems to be another one now widely used be GitHub. Whenever you delete notifications or finish with one, the page redirects partially and stops due to this.
