Add HDPE pipe pricing and fittings to material rate table #6
Description
Background
The current MATERIAL_RATES in tools/estimating/estimating_tools.py handles PVC and ductile iron pipe. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is missing entirely — and HDPE is heavily used in:
- Cured-in-place lining jobs
- Water reclamation / recycled water mains
- Force mains under pressure
- Directional drill crossings (DR11, DR17)
What to add
In tools/estimating/estimating_tools.py, add HDPE pricing to MATERIAL_RATES:
- HDPE pipe by size (4", 6", 8", 10", 12") and DR rating (DR11, DR17)
- Electrofusion couplings
- Butt fusion fittings (elbows, tees, reducers) — at minimum 90° and 45° elbows
