…gnment + Small-residential multiplier + DM cap for too-small shapes Three surgical prompt changes after Posada/DPR calibration revealed two distinct issues: Fix mastanley13#9 — field/text mismatch (Posada bug): Posada's breakdown text concluded "Emitting 51" but the icp_score_d2d structured field showed 68. DPR's breakdown said 45 but field showed 43. The model was emitting two different numbers in the same emit_enrichment call. Rewrote the PRE-FLIGHT to make alignment explicit: step 5 writes FINAL into the breakdown text, step 6 writes FINAL into the icp_score_d2d field, step 7 requires both to match before emitting. Added a CRITICAL callout quoting the Posada failure mode verbatim ("the model wrote 'Emitting 51' but set icp_score_d2d=68") so the model recognizes the pattern. Fix mastanley13#10 — Small residential multiplier 0.40 -> 0.25: Posada's shape (boutique luxury, sub-10-homes/yr, close drive) mathematically cannot land in the 30-45 calibration band at 0.40x even with volume=0. Strict formula gives 48-53. Dropped multiplier to 0.25 so (8+20+13)*0.25+35 = 45, putting Posada at the top of its band. Added rationale to the multiplier note: "a low-volume buyer cannot justify recurring TerraGenie use even when geographically close". Fix mastanley13#11 — DM_pts cap for too-small shapes: Added CAP rule under Decision-maker accessibility: when company is "too small to support recurring TerraGenie use", cap dm_pts at 15/20 max. Reachability doesn't help if buyer can't justify the tool. Prevents Posada-shape leads from getting dm_pts=20 (Carlos directly accessible) which was inflating the score even though commercial viability is low. Also reset Posada + DPR + Truemark enrichment_status / enrichment_date so the idempotency guard does not block the re-test (separate update_contact calls via GHL MCP, not in this commit).
