Development of documentation using wiki

I initialised a wiki for this GitHub repository. The continuous development of documentation alongside the core API is crucial. I request for a contributor to take on the responsibility of maintaining the documentation.

I'm thinking of using Doxygen later for documenting the API usage. Wiki just to reference and point where to look for the documentation. How do you want this structured?

I believe for core documentation we can use doxygen but for better clarity and possibly more detailed examples we might want the wiki for it. I will add a sub issue to this topic for a wiki page describing in detail the differences between the socket API's found on windows and POSIX platforms. This can be useful for understanding the goals of this API and how we can go about designing it #6.
