Loss of consciousness detection [1.5]

Detect the moment in which the patient falls asleep, for propofol/sevoflurane based anesthesia. This is usually characterised by an increase of power in the delta band and alpha band, together with the repositioning of the alpha rhythm from the occipital to the frontal electrodes.

We have a reference implementation in Matlab.
