SQL based demo / tests 

While mensor has the ability to incorporate new data sources (e.g. pandas), many use cases will store data entirely in a SQL DB. To demonstrate this most common use-case would be helpful to have tests/quickstart be based off of seeding a local db e.g. SQLite
