Duo Mobile App codes not working for Snapchat

Yesterday I get a new iPhone and transferred all my data from my old phone onto it. Once that was done I tried logging into Snapchat and was prompted to enter a code from Duo. Every time I do so it says this; "Incorrect code. Please make sure your device's system time is correct, then try again." I never generated a recovery code so cant do that. I've exhausted every option possible and need to find a way to get into my account. Any advice is very much appreciated!!!
