Incompatible with 2013 SPA template

I created an SPA project and followed the steps to convert to MongoDB. There are more differences than has been noted and more work to make this work needs to be done. It looks like the original developer isn't supporting it, so one of us needs to fork it and fix it. I may spend some time on it, but it would be nice to get others to pitch in.

I have a fork not checked in anywhere that works with vnext, but that might not be as useful as vnext is still in alpha

I tried fixing, but had to fix so many things for implementing roles, integrating with owin etc.

Giving up.

https://github.com/g0t4/aspnet-identity-mongo it works seamlessly wIth VS 2013 update 3
