Focus not working on Vaadin 7

Hi,
first of all thank you that you have continued to develope this addon, I am using it frequently since Vaadin version 6.
Currently I have a problem on an older Vaadin 7 project. The focus method of the AutocompleteTextField is not working.
Do you know about this problem or is it unqiue to my project?
