What should be in:

• dynamic options of server for separate test file
• fix bugs showed by tests <-- for each such bug should be opened separate issue here
• fix corrupted tests

INFO: With mongojs >= 0.12.0 (Windows 7). tests are fault with:

Error: RangeError: attempt to write beyond buffer bounds

Please use mongojs@0.11.0
