Refactor openebs ci dashboard

FEATURE REQUEST

• Make the stable releases as the defualt page.
• Remove the konvoy pipeline details into development branch and include it into stable releases.
• Change the development branch pipelines [fetch the pipelines for manual triggers] as the pipelines
  to be run with ci images with scheduled time.
• Navigate the jobs into respective readme page.

Required SERVER CHANGES

• DB configure and Update Table schema .
• Backend Code Refactoring (Update k8s versions )
• Branches and Projects id Update .
• Endpoints as per repo and branch names
• Grep Image Tag for Every Pipeline
• Filter Skipped and Cancelled Pipelines .

UI CHANGES :

• Remove Commit Base UI in Development Branch
• Move Konvoy Pipeline Column into stable releases route .
• Add switch Button For openshift and konvoy in stable release route
