BizTalk Documenter - Change so that it creates an installer for all version of BizTalk

Build 5.1.4.0 is not compatible with BizTalk 2013R2 because the version of SSO Client has changed.
Compiled on BizTalk 2013R2 after updating some of the references. MSI install has been uploaded as 5.2.0.
Combine into one install package that copes with BizTalk 2006 to BizTalk 2016
