add support for other databases

Traefik uses a JSON file to store the certificates. 
I assume that a dictionary with a few hundred keys can be loaded into memory without problems, and can be looked up to access key/values on the fly. 
Is there a reason to use a relatively complicated RDBMS? 
Would you consider adding support for SQLite or MySQL ?
