flagpoll cannot find itself:

% flagpoll --version
0.9.4
% flagpoll flagpoll --modversion
ERROR: Package flagpoll not found.
% flagpoll flagpoll --info
ERROR: Package flagpoll not found.

This is because it is only looking in a fixed list of prefixes:

flagpoll/flagpoll

In particular, it is not looking in the prefix where flagpoll itself has been installed.
