URL and other issues

Hello, I noticed the urls in the library are out of date (/payments is not part of the url). Will you accept pull requests? I also found some odd issues, like to get a credit card from a given id is misnamed as Quickbooks.prototype.bankAccount

I was having issues with my own fork so hoping that is possible. Right now I have a separate npm, but i am not comfortable with that as it is your code, not mine.

Hi Curt. It's been a long time since I've touched this code, and don't really have any idea what still works and what doesn't. I'll merge any changes you have to fix anything that's currently broken.

mcohen01 the library seems to still not updated for intuit's document changes and the npm test is failing.

Would you please consider updating the library?

In case it saves you some time, I can submit a merge request with any changes I have attempted to do myself (though it is still not working). Please let me know if you would like me to do so, and thank you in advance.
