Cufflinks needs to be added. This is a fairly critical package for us.

So then for the RNAseq pipelines, besides cufflinks, we need the following to be stable and ready to go as soon as possible:
Hisat2
FastQC
TrimGalore
Trimmomatic
Kallisto
SAMtools
Picard tools
and within R, we will need DESeq2 and EdgeR
