Feature Request: Shortcut to alternate between list item's states: [ ], [x], [doing], [paused]

It would be nice to have a shortcut to alternate between list item's states, like:

- [ ] Some task.
- [x] Some task.
- [doing] Some task.
- [paused] Some task.

I suggest: Ctrl-M Ctrl-Space
