Unhandled corner-cases #53
Description
There are a couple of corner-cases that the code doesn't currently handle.
- Physical-only purchases, with no download component (note the lack of a 'download' link).
- Collections containing duplicate entries - multiple purchases sharing the same band name and item title.
- Purchases where the download has expired and email confirmation is required from the user.
