I heard that you might want to merge the Developer Commentary and Community Commentary into one for this update. And to that, I say, that while possible, there are certain maps with commentary nodes that need to be tweaked. So, fair heads up.

That's why I decided to make my own Commentary Mod with two versions. For commentary nodes that are changed, I used the in-game Commentary Editor to place each node into into different positions based on the video references I watched, and I made sure that they appear correctly in all maps. They're not entirely accurate, to the original positions, but at least they are all visible in each map. Plus, I made sure to place the Community nodes in the order that you see them in each map with the Developer nodes and add a text file of the things I changed.

As a bonus, I added two commentary nodes with my voice. One at the start of the game, has me talking about my intent on creating my Commentary mod and the other at the end of the game signaling the conclusion of the Commentary node.

There is another mod made by Duckilous but it is simply copy and paste each node in without testing each map, but I like how they modified the captions for the commentaries.

I don't know how are you going to pull this off, but you're more than welcome to use the Commentary mods as references for the next update to reUpdate. If you plan on changing the commentary node positions to how they are accurately placed using Hammer, or the Commentary Editor tool, then I recommend you check out my .txt file in my Commentary mod that explains which node positions had to be changed for each map.
