Metadrive env.step() for image-based is 0.5fps, lidar based is over 160fps.

I haven't checked back recently but I received feedback as title.  Seems like the efficiency is not making sense because I was able to make it 1200 FPS in my macbook. Maybe there is something wrong. Good to revisit the rendering efficiency.
