Can someone elaborate on what these settings do?

@cirrusflyer Askpass helper is what SSH Pilot uses to automatically unlock passphrase-protected private keys. Without it you'll have to enter the passphrase manually (GNOME/KDE passphrase prompt).

You don't need to modify the settings.
