I've been over-hauling the deform_mako code to make it work with the current deform "standards" (Bootstrap 3, etc). Are you still maintaining this project and looking for pull requests?

I'm just a fork, I was never really maintaining it :-)

It'd be nice to put any progress you've made out there for future searchers; feel free to take this over, or send me patches or whatever.
