This fork is a variant of the original WeightDriver from Ingo Clemens In this variant we have change the node ID and Name to avoid possible incompatibilities if the kernel is changed in the future. So both weight drivers(SHAPES original and mGear variant) can cohexist in the same Maya enviroment.
