Unable to start-up the session #4
Description
Hi mgubi, it seems that on current version of windows 10 (My version: Win10 Enterprise 21H1, 19043.1083), when I insert -> session -> julia in sequence, Julia session works but the TeXmacsJulia.jl file fails to load.

And this seems to be an path issue, because I have successfully run the julia file in julia. Then I managed to resolve the issue by deleting the raw-quote in init-julia.scm. I am not 100 percent sure where this goes wrong so I list up as an issue here for you to consider. Have a nice day!
