What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using windows 8.1 x64
2. Modified tpc.exe for xp x64 seems dont works properly
3. i dont know
Same problem like i had before on xp x64. The modified tpc.exe to be used on xp
x64 seems to be not valid on windows 8.1 x64.
I'm not sure but the problems seems to detect all the capabilites and also to
obtain the cpuusage.
