Support providing AWS KMS key id to enable object encryption #28
Description
It would be nice if reshifter allowed for the specification of an AWS KMS customer master key id to enable encryption of the backup zip on the client side before uploading those to the remote AWS S3 bucket (the bucket may have server-side encryption enabled in addition).
